I can't process my return. Can you please advise?

Sometimes it can take up to a few hours for your order status "delivered" to be updated on our system and for this reason you can't register the return from your account. You can contact us informing us your parcel has been delivered and this way you will able to process the return. Remember that you have 14 calendar days to process the return online from the day you receive it. Once these number of days have been exceeded the option for return will no longer be available.
